About Us
Nice Bike is a bicycle repair shop, we do not sell any bicycles. We serve casual riders, commuters, and cargo bike users daily, and take great pride in being the highest rated bike shop in Helsinki on Google. We fix most types of bikes, with the exception of those used for competing, because that isn’t our raison d’être.
Location
Our shop is in Kamppi so getting to and from work will be super easy from anywhere in Helsinki. We hope that you are a daily rider but even on the days when you just can’t be bothered to ride you can get here by public transport without any hassle.
Workshop
We have a pretty big workshop, you will have a dedicated workbench complete with all the tools you need to fix pretty much any bike.
Tools
We use Park Tool for the majority of the regular use tools, such as spanners, screwdrivers, cutters, etc and a few other reputable brands for lesser used tools like headset presses and wheel dishing gauges. Your workbench will have its own Park Tool wheel truing stand and a Park Tool electric bike lift.
Technology
We are a modern company, in your day-to-day work you will use Workshop by Bikebook for managing the jobs; Shopify for sales; Trello for task management; and Pumble for internal communications. You do not need any prior experience of using these services.
Benefits
You will always be able to purchase anything from our suppliers for yourself and your family at cost price. You are free to use the workshop out of hours for your own projects. A company uniform is supplied (spoiler: it’s just a t-shirt). Every so often you may get a donut or ice cream.
